I think I finally figured out how to stockpile. Now that I know how to do it, I wonder why did it take so long to figure it out. Do you stockpile? It really isn't that hard.
The first thing is to pay attention the the items that your family uses that goes on sale. For example my family uses Crest. Kroger puts Crest on sale for $1.00, in their 10 for 10 sale. You can either get many papers and collect all of the $.50 off of Crest coupons that double to $1.00 at Kroger or go to a site that you can purchase multiples of the Crest coupon. I used www.coupondede.com. I ordered coupons and got them in a timely fashion. Now I am waiting for the Crest to go on sale for $1.00. My coupons for Crest expires on 1/31/11, so I must use them before then. When they do go on sale, I will have scored 21 free Dawn and 10 free Crest toothpastes for free. You just have to keep your eyes on the sale, usually when a competitor goes on sale, then the week after the other item does. Right now Kroger has Dawn for $1.49 and Colgate is on sale for $1.00, so hopefully before 1-31-11 they will be on sale.
What kinds of items are you stockpiling and how do you do it?
Great ideas here!!!
